Franklin Mint Estate Sale - one time only - very limited pieces

Annette Watkins of Annette and Friends, www.afdoll.com, is having a huge estate sale with a wide variety of dolls.  Because I'm more familiar with Franklin Mint dolls and outfits, I went to her shop and pulled all of the outfits and accessories and bagged them for her.  I also priced them.  These are NOT on her website but they are in her shop.

The proceeds of this sale are going to the collector.  She was recently widowed and has moved into assisted living so she has no room for the dolls.  None of these dolls or outfits were played with.  She deboxed everything and put them into trunks.  Thus, everything is mint.  The money from this sale will be part of her retirement fund.

1 MIB Wedding Gown in box w/o COA - $78  NOW  $70 

The gown fits both Gene & Tyler if one back hook and eye is open.  While there is a large full slip underneath, the gown isn't hanging correctly because of being boxed.  It needs something fuller underneath to really push it out like shown above on Jackie.  The Jackie gown above is the porcelain gown, while the one being sold is the vinyl doll size.
